Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at registration. Cancellations made more than 10 days before the program start  – by 24:00 CET March 10, 2025 – receive a refund minus CHF 100 fee. No refunds are given within 10 days of the program start. Real Resilience follows a first-come, first-served waitlist policy.

Registration may be transferred to another eligible participant prior to the start of the program. The original registrant must notify Real Resilience in writing and provide complete registration information for the new participant. The new participant must meet all program requirements and complete all necessary forms. The original CHF 100 cancellation fee will apply to transfers.

If Real Resilience cancels the program for operational reasons within its control, a full refund will be provided. In case of force majeure events, Real Resilience shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, Real Resilience will use its best efforts to offer alternative arrangements or reschedule the program. Refunds in these circumstances will be at the sole discretion of Real Resilience.

No refunds will be provided for withdrawals or dismissals during the program, including but not limited to cases involving violations of the code of conduct, undisclosed health conditions that affect participation, or voluntary departures.
